We would like the ability to have more customization options for the customized receipts. The language currently on the receipts is not common to our donors, and therefore we have elected not to use the receipt templates to ensure a positive donor experience. We love that receipts can be automatically sent and synced with NXT, but without more customization, it is not a feature we can utilize.
