Move the ask for additional donation to AFTER the guest answers ticket options/assigns seats, not before.

We had to uncheck the "Ask for additional donation on purchase" field after seeing where in the checkout process the ask appeared. It was confusing and interrupts the flow of guest checkout. Would be ideal if that ask comes right before payment info OR after payment info and before the final click of the checkout button.
