Seeing Sad Dog Fred? We can help!

Some users may currently be experiencing the "Sad Dog Fred" error when navigating through Vetspire. If refreshing your browser window does not clear the error, you can clear your browser cache and cookies.

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Google Chrome:

  1.  Select the vertical ellipsis ⋮ in the upper-right corner of your browser, then select Delete browsing data to open your Chrome Settings.
  2.  Under Privacy and security, select Delete browsing data.
  3. In the Delete browsing data window, set the time range to All Time.
  4.  In the Basic tab, select the checkboxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5.  Select Delete data.
  6.  In the Advanced tab, select the checkboxes next to: Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
  7.  Select Delete data.
  8.  Close and re-open Chrome.
