Introducing run metrics notifications in W&B Models
W&B Models now offers Slack alerts that notify selected individuals or channels when user-determined critical metrics reach thresholds or change by specified percentages. Whether your training runs last for hours, days, or weeks, you'll receive immediate notifications about your most important metrics.
Run metrics notifications can alert you or your team instantly when:
- Models fail to converge.
- Loss values have plateaued.
- GPU utilization or temperature are outside of the preferred range.
You can also configure notifications to alert via webhook and Models will deliver a JSON payload with dynamic values to your endpoint when conditions are met.
