30+ new tools in the Workable MCP server
The Workable MCP server now supports additional tools, giving your AI tools deeper access to your Workable account.
What's new:
- Advanced search: Run complex queries across candidates and employees on any field, filter, or sort. Your AI discovers the available fields, checks valid values, then builds a precise search instead of guessing.
- Full performance review lifecycle: Take a review from start to finish: find the cycle, pull the form, save draft answers, submit, share the completed review, and record sign-off.
- Member management: Invite, update, deactivate, or reactivate teammate access, and look up permission sets.
- Candidate and employee documents: Retrieve CVs, cover letters, and HR documents (contracts, ID, certifications) directly into your AI tool.
- Job search: Find a job by partial title and get the shortcode needed for all other job-scoped tools.
Also included: copying or relocating candidates between jobs, editing candidate profiles, reversing an accidental disqualification, and rating candidates on your behalf for AI-scored pipelines.
