Agentic jobs now give you a fuller picture of what the agent is doing and why. See scores wherever candidates sit in your pipeline, read the agent's conversations without leaving Workable, and get disqualification data that fits the reporting you already use.
Here's what's new:
- Agent scores across every stage: The agent's percentage score is now visible in all pipeline stages, not just Sourced and Applied. The score stays with the candidate as they progress, so you always have the agent's assessment next to your own.
- Read the agent–candidate chat in a side panel: No more downloading a .txt file. Click the CTA on the agent's comment and the full conversation opens in a side panel, right where you're reviewing the candidate. Need to share it or keep a copy? Download it as a PDF.
- Disqualification reasons that match yours: When the agent auto-disqualifies a candidate, it now maps its reason to your account's own disqualification reasons. Your reporting stays clean and consistent whether a candidate was disqualified by a person or by the agent, filters work as expected, and you keep a clear, auditable record of why every candidate was rejected.
- Set up auto-advance on jobs without a pipeline: If a job doesn't have a pipeline yet, you can now pick one right inside the Auto-advance candidates setting . No detour through Workflow settings and back.
