From the employee directory, you can update employee profiles in bulk using a CSV file.
Updates can be applied immediately (with an option to overwrite current entries) or scheduled for a future date. We’ve also made other improvements to the CSV import and update processes:
Departments, entities, and work schedules can now be mapped to existing dropdown values
Automatic field and value mapping saves setup time
Empty dropdowns no longer block the process
Detailed error reports make corrections quick and easy
