What's new in Workable

You no longer have to turn on every Workable HR feature for everyone, or nothing at all. The new Feature visibility page lets Super Admins and HR Admins hide the specific features your account isn't using, like Time tracking or Surveys, without touching the rest of features.

Here's what's new:

• Toggle features on or off individually: Org chart, e-signatures, file management, onboarding, time off, time tracking, performance reviews, and surveys can each be hidden from navigation, settings, and employee profiles on their own.
• Nothing gets deleted: Turning a feature off only hides it. Existing data, documents, and in-flight tasks stay in place, and everything reappears if you turn the feature back on.
• Full HR shutoff still available: Super Admins can still turn off HR features entirely from the same page, for accounts that don't plan to use Workable HR at all.

All accounts start with every feature enabled, as before. Available now to all Workable HR plans.
