Choose which OFCCP self-identification questions to ask
From September 21, 2026, the U.S. Department of Labor no longer requires federal contractors to invite candidates to self-identify a disability using Form CC-305.
To comply, you can now control the disability and veteran questions in the OFCCP section of your EEO survey independently. You could keep the veteran question live and stop asking about disability, for example.
To update your settings, go to Settings > Compliance and use the new toggles under the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) section. Your current settings stay the same until you change them.
