Edit the Ideal Candidate Profile and re-evaluate your pipeline
You can now fully edit the Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP) the Workable Agent uses to evaluate candidates. Change the wording of a criterion, add new ones, remove criteria that no longer fit, or update what's considered a must-have or a disqualifier.
Here's how it works:
Edit, add, or remove criteria directly from the ICP. There's no need to recreate the job.
Candidates in stages created within the last 7 days can be re-evaluated manually at no additional cost.
Candidates created more than 7 days before the profile update can be re-evaluated manually, one by one or in bulk. Each re-evaluation costs 1 AI credit.
Auto-advance and auto-disqualify decisions can be refreshed based on the updated evaluation.
Each re-evaluated candidate receives an Agent comment explaining the evaluation, so you always know why a decision was made.
As hiring needs evolve, you can keep your Ideal Candidate Profile up to date and ensure candidates are evaluated against your latest requirements. Available to Workable Agent users.
