What's new in Workable

We’ve enhanced our LinkedIn RSC (Recruiter System Connect) integration, increasing the amount of candidate information you can add to Workable. Here’s what you can do:

• Quickly export LinkedIn profiles from Recruiter System Connect to Workable with 1-Click

• View LinkedIn profile information without leaving Workable

• Get access to more up-to-date candidate details with additional fields pulled across to Workable

With this enhancement, you can include the following additional criteria from a LinkedIn member’s profile:

• Education

• Experience (a candidates last 2 experiences)

• Top 3 skills (including the 2 most recent “highlighted skills” if available)

• Years of experience

• Email(s), if entered by the recruiter into the Candidate email field in the Export to the ATS window

• Source (“LinkedIn”)

• Notes (if manually entered by the recruiter into the Notes field in the Export to the ATS window)
