New candidate database filters: Source and years of experience
Finding the right candidates in your database just got easier. We've added two new filters that let you search by years of experience and candidate source type (like job boards or referrals). Now you can surface qualified candidates without hours of manual review.
What you can do now:
Filter candidates by total years of experience (e.g., "5+ years")
Search by source type to focus on your best channels
Rediscover great past candidates who match your current needs
