For accounts with an Advanced Referrals portal (video overview), access these options from your referral settings:
- Notification settings: Adjust the default email notification settings for referral portal users to Daily, Weekly or Never. We only recommend choosing “never” if you are proactively informing coworkers about new jobs another way.
- Limit portal to internal applications or referrals only: Option to adjust all jobs in the portal be either for internal applications only or referrals only. By default, the portal supports both.
- Add custom questions for referral submission: Include up to 4 of your own custom questions for coworkers to answer when they submit a referral. Default questions can be removed or customized further.
