Most teams know their acceptance rate. Few know why offers fail; whether candidates are declining, hiring teams are rescinding, offers are expiring without a response, or accepted candidates are falling through post-acceptance. Until now, that breakdown wasn’t visible.
What's new:
- The Offers and Hires report (available on all plans) gives you a full funnel from approval through hire: how many offers are pending, how many reached candidates, how many were accepted, and how many converted to actual hires. Every failed offer is categorised (declined, rescinded, expired, or post-acceptance disqualification) with candidate-level detail for each.
- On Premier and Enterprise, the Offer Details report goes further: every offer revision, every approval decision, compensation data, and configurable columns — built for teams that need audit-ready records or want to track how offered salaries correlate with outcomes over time.
- Enterprise accounts also get a new Offers dataset in the Widget Builder, where you can build custom metrics like average salary for declined offers, revision rates by department, or offer approval time — alongside the rest of your recruiting data.
