Run employee surveys in Workable
You can now conduct employee engagement surveys in Workable, inside our new Performance & Engagement feature set. Build and run engagement, pulse, and onboarding surveys natively.
Here's what’s new:
A simpler way to measure engagement: Run surveys from ready-made templates or build your own, with anonymity and segmentation built in, all inside the system you already use for your performance reviews.
Less admin, no extra tools: No more external survey subscriptions or exporting results into spreadsheets. Send surveys through email, inbox, to-do, and Slack, and track everything in one central hub.
Feedback you can act on: Read results through clear, normalized visualizations, filter by department, location, or tenure, and share findings with the right people.
Built into the workflows you already use: Run one-off surveys, or trigger them automatically as tasks in your onboarding and offboarding workflows, then store the results right where you manage the employee lifecycle.
Available now at no extra cost for customers on our Premier & Enterprise HR plans, and for Standard HR customers with the performance add-on already purchased. Going forward, surveys will be part of the performance & engagement add-on.
