What's new in Workable

You can now share custom reports in Workable so your team works from the same agreed-upon view instead of everyone building their own version. And with new grouping options in the widget builder, you can see how your data is distributed and how it moves over time.

Report sharing

• Share any saved custom report with individual account members or by access level
• Choose whether each recipient can view only, or view and edit
• Recipients see the report populated with the data their own permissions allow. Sharing never grants access to data they wouldn't otherwise see.
• Shared reports appear in a dedicated folder with unread indicators

New grouping options

• Plot numeric fields as histograms and date fields as time progressions
• Choose dynamic, manual, or preset bucketing for numeric ranges
• Filter badges on widgets show at a glance whether a widget has its own filters applied
