You can now see how your organization's headcount has evolved, right inside Workable HRIS. The new Headcount Evolution report turns lifecycle data you already track into a clear view of growth and attrition over time.
What’s new with the Headcount Evolution report:
You can find it under ‘employee management’ reports in Workable
See total headcount at the end of any period, with new hires broken out separately so growth is easy to spot
Break it down by department, by entity and location, or by employment type
View results as stacked bar charts or detailed pivot tables
Choose your reporting step: day, week, month, quarter, or year
Available on all HRIS plans.
