See attendance issues in Work Calendar
Realtime Attendance brings employees’ clock-in and clock-out activity into the Work Calendar, alongside their work schedules and time off. Admins and managers can spot attendance issues across their team and follow up from the same view.
Here’s what’s new:
Compare attendance with schedules. View actual clock-in and clock-out times alongside scheduled hours in Week or Month view.
Find attendance issues faster. Filter the calendar for issues such as late arrival, exceeding work hours, worked less, no attendance, or unplanned attendance. Partial entries are also available for accounts using Ergani.
Get a quick view of today. Today’s Attendance Issues summarizes missed clock-ins, exceeding work hours, and no attendance. Select a count to open the matching employees in Work Calendar. Refresh the page to update the counts.
Choose how issues are detected. Set late-arrival and exceeding-work-hours thresholds in the Time Tracking policy.
Follow up automatically or manually. Enable policy reminders, or send a nudge from Work Calendar when you spot an issue. Before a manual nudge is sent, Workable shows whether selected employees have already been nudged.
Review attendance deviations. The Attendance report now includes Late arrival, Exceeded working hours, and Worked less.
Attendance is also available in the Workable mobile app
See everyone expected to work that day, alongside their work schedules, time entries, and any attendance issues.
Follow up with a nudge by tapping the bell at the bottom right of your screen.
Attendance is available to admins and managers with access to Time Tracking, for employees who have a Time Tracking policy. What each person can see depends on their permissions and employee scope.
