Workable supports ADP Workforce Now NextGen
ADP has been rolling out Workforce Now NextGen — its new, more flexible cloud platform — as the default for mid-sized customers. Workable now connects to it directly, so candidate and employee data flows straight from Workable into ADP the moment someone's hired or onboarded, with no manual re-entry.
Here's what's new:
New dedicated connector. A separate ADP Workforce Now NextGen connector, built specifically for customers on ADP's new cloud platform. It exports candidate and employee data — name, contact details, job, compensation, and more — from Workable straight into ADP.
Accurate field mapping. 40+ fields transfer straight from Workable into ADP — from the basics (name, SSN, hire date, pay rate, address) to compliance fields like ACA eligibility, SOC code, and employment eligibility.
Pricing doesn't change. $700/yr (1–50 employees), $900/yr (51–200), $1,300/yr (201–500), $1,900/yr (501+) — unchanged from the legacy connector.
