As you should already be aware, our Mobile Companion App is scheduled to shut down on November 30th. Unfortunately, our team has discovered a critical issue with our slots feature within this application that’s resulted in some payouts not properly being received during bonus events. While our team is investigating to see if we can repair this issue, we’ll be shutting down the Slots feature within our Mobile Companion App while we search for a solution.
Slots will no longer be available as of 10 am (EST) today (11/22) and we are actively working to provide compensation to all players who did not receive any rewards from this feature since this issue has arisen.
