we've been doing some planning for what features & fixes we schedule next.

Based on the 'ideas' section of Beamer:

There are some in particular we'd like to encourage feedback about, please:
- make BRM back office usable on mobile phones.
What workflows / use-cases would you like to do on mobile, precisely. Getting a few 'pages' to work on mobile will be much quicker than the entire BRM back office. e.g. "look up a customer or booking" "record a booking request". Please let us know what you need doing from a mobile.
- Ex-Rental Ecommerce function (always been a popular idea)
How would this work ideally? In broad strokes; any bike you mark as 'for sale' will show up automatically in a special version of the Customer Booking Page (a service offering). Buyers can browse and 'buy' a used bike. What would buying look like? leave card? leave deposit? pay in full? book an appointment / reserve? Upsell the ex-rental bike during the rental process? Any other ideas to make this feature awesome? Would this be a valuable service for you?
But feedback on any idea (or new idea) is always welcome and helps BRM get even better.
