Assign roles and authorizations even more precisely

Should be possible to specify the roles and authorizations.
1. for example, a mechanic currently has access to the buy/sell option within an item. The purchase prices are listed there. This should not be information for everyone...
2. For example, a mechanic can currently see all bookings - whether new or already checked in. It's like a report. It should be enough for them to see the upcoming and current bookings.
3. An Agent should only see his / their bookings and not all.
