Fixed end date for long term rentals

Hi it would be a good addition to be able to set a Due date by default for the return. Usually Long term rental shop like our and most of those we know all have a set date for the return of the rent. Our old 15 years old system was able to do it. So have a option in the setting to set a fixed date on all rental would accelarate the process !
