We are using the BRM system for both bike hire and events/ guiding and coaching so when using BRM to book events you often need a different waiver and potentially T&C it would be great to be able to have sepatae waivers and questions to ask clients

agreed. we offer bike and boat rentals and we need different waivers for each.
