Customers don't want to have several different reservations, they want one. And we don't want that either. It's very confusing and should be made easier. I already mentioned this last year after we struggled through the season with it. Now we have had several bookings again and it involves a lot of effort. However, guests want a quick solution and other guests are already waiting. This is frustrating for guests and staff. As already mentioned, this was super easy with Checkfront.
