You've always used Content Snare to collect info from clients. But what about sending things to them?
Now you can.
The new Client Portal feature makes it easy to securely share files with your clients.
It's your central hub to send, store, and archive important docs - accessible to clients whenever they need them.
Enable it: Head to Settings → Company → Client Portal.
Set up your defaults: Add a welcome message and upload global files visible to all clients.
Upload files: Go to Clients → Individual Client → Client Portal to upload files for individual clients.
Files stay available to clients until you remove them - no more re-sending the same things over and over.
Keep in mind this is an early-stage product, and we plan on building many new features. For example, the ability to auto-sync files from your document management system.
There's plenty more that we're keeping under wraps for now.

The Client Portal is available on all plans during beta. It will become a paid add-on once out of beta, which is likely 6 months away.
