We've spent the last year listening to your feedback on how we can improve Content Snare.
I'd like to thank you for your patience over the last 12 months while we built version 2. It's taken a long time, but sometimes good things are worth the wait.
Version 2 completely overhauls the user interface for clients. Initial feedback has been mind-blowing, and we're confident that your clients will love it.
It's more than a visual upgrade though. We’ve vastly improved stability and speed, while also enhancing existing features and adding in some new ones.
This new version has been re-engineered from the ground up to be more flexible. This means that we can now implement new features and enhance existing ones at a rate that previously wasn't possible.
We've brought on a product & UX specialist, and over the next 6-12 months, we'll be chiseling away at the features you have asked for. Consider the new version to be a kind of "MVP", which will rapidly be improved.
From time to time, you may log in and notice things have changed. The updates menu on the left will notify you about any of these releases.
Because the client interface has changed significantly, we don't want to surprise your clients. Any existing, published requests in your account will use a client interface that is very similar to what they are currently using. Any newly published requests will use the new interface.
