On Tuesday 3/17/2020 we hosted a webcast with Virtual Training expert Cindy Huggett in which we discussed Virtual Facilitation Tips in general and specifically for Everything DiSC. Following are resources from that webcast:
With the widespread concern over the Corona Virus, we are seeing a trend of training and development initiatives being cancelled or moved online. We want to ensure you that our Everything DiSC, DiSC Classic, Five Behaviors, and legacy assessments can be used quite effectively in virtual situations. We also recognize that many of our clients have not ventured into virtual training yet or have minimal experience with it. Whether you are new to virtual facilitation or seasoned, we want to equip you with confidence and competence as you move forward.
Please join us for an exclusive complimentary webinar Tuesday, March 17th at 1:00 pm ET/Noon CT with Virtual Training thought-leader and author Cindy Huggett. Cindy will provide overall virtual training facilitation tips while our CEO and Chief People Development Partner Sharon Wingron will provide tips and resources for facilitating Everything DiSC assessments online.
Can't make this time? Don't worry. We'll be recording the session and providing it as a complimentary DevelopPEOPLE resource for future viewing and to share with your team.
Feel free to invite others in your organization to join us as well by sharing this link.Read More
Have you been keeping up with the Everything DiSC Application Suite rebrand updates? Our next rebrand is a big one: Everything DiSC Management!
In addition to rebranding the profile and Facilitation Kit contents, we’ve also updated all the videos! The videos have been modernized and include new actors in contemporary work settings. The scripting and scenarios are generally the same.
More Video Choices for the People-Reading Activity
The People-Reading Videos have been updated to offer facilitators a choice between two actors rather than one. The facilitator chooses one actor and uses the video including that actor for the entire people-reading activity. The Facilitator's Guide, Handouts, PowerPoint, User Guide, and Video Viewing Guide have all been adjusted to reflect this update.
On Thursday, March 26, 2020, between 8:00am-12:00pm Chicago (2:00-6:00pm London), the Everything DiSC Management Profile (English only) will be updated to reflect the new Everything DiSC branding. Please be sure to plan your profile printing carefully around this time.
If you own an Everything DiSC Management Kit and want to update your facilitation materials to match the new branding, free updates will be available beginning Thursday, March 5, 2020. All registered Everything DiSC Management Facilitation Kit users should have received notification of the Management Facilitation Kit update via email on February 13, 2020. On Thursday, February 27 Everything DiSC also sent registered kit holders an email with instructions for accessing the update.
To update your kit, go to https://register.everythingdisc.com/ and enter your serial number, then follow the instructions on the screen.Read More
