Update! The New EPIC URL Goes LIVE February 16!
We are excited to fully transition the EPIC URL from inscape-epic.com to wiley-epic.com this coming weekend. The look and process of the platform will not change; this is simply to help better align the Wiley brands available through EPIC.
Currently, when you send access codes or communications from EPIC, the sender email is userID@inscape-epic.com. This email address will be updated to reflect the new URL, and change to userID@wiley-epic.com. But don’t worry! If a client or learner replies to your inscape-epic.com email, the response will be automatically forwarded to your new wiley-epic.com email.
Here's what to expect once the change is made:
EPIC administrators will now go to admin.wiley-epic.com to log in.
Emails from EPIC will appear to be sent from email@example.com
Respondents will go to wiley-epic.com to take assessments.
As a reminder, please update your EPIC custom email message templates and any references you’ve made to the EPIC website elsewhere (e.g. job aids, browser bookmarks, internal email templates, etc.) from inscape-epic.com to wiley-epic.com. Both inscape-epic.com and wiley-epic.com will remain functional for a few weeks, so you will have time to make changes to your custom messages and website links.
To ensure a smooth transition, have your organization's technology department whitelist the wiley-epic.com domain as soon as possible. Contact us for an Email Troubleshooting document for more information.
Please also share this information with everyone in your organization who needs to be aware of this change or may be responsible for related documents or URL links.
Please contact us at 1-888-871-1780 or DiSC@developpeople.com with any questions or concerns. We appreciate you partnering with us for your assessment needs and look forward to supporting you in this transition.

In February 2019, the EPIC URL will be transitioning from inscape-epic.com to wiley-epic.com. The look and functionality of the platform will not change; this is simply to align the Wiley brands. Wiley purchased Inscape Publishing, creator of the Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Teams brands, in 2012.
Here is what to expect when we make this change in February:
To get a jump start on this process, have your organization’s technology department whitelist the wiley-epic.com domain before February and remember to update saved links, messages, and job aids. Please see the email troubleshooting document linked below for more information.
On November 8, 2018, Wiley launched a new EPIC Learner Registration process.
This process requires learners to create an account using an email address and password prior to taking their assessment. The login will be required for future access to completed profiles or MyEverythingDiSC, and does not apply to EPIC administrators generating reports from an EPIC Primary or Sub Account.
