Newly launched GMB listing attributes for Dining, Shopping and Healthcare verticals.

Google rolled out new attributes to help drive customers to your locations by showing up on Google Maps and Google Search when customers search for your business.

Note: Newly released attributes are identified with the word "NEW" and will be rolled out over the coming week.

Dining Attributes:

NEW: “has_curbside_pickup” shows “Curbside pickup”

NEW: “has_no_contact_delivery” shows “No contact Delivery”

“has_delivery” shows “Delivery”

“has_takeout” shows“Takeout”

“serves_dine_in” shows “Serves dine-in”

Shopping Attributes:

NEW: “has_curbside_pickup” shows “Pickup”

NEW: “has_delivery” shows “Delivery”

NEW: “has_in_store_pickup” shows “Pickup”

Healthcare Attributes:

NEW: “COVID_url” shows “See COVID-19 info for patients and visitors”

NEW: “has_video_visit” shows “Online Care available”

NEW: “telehealth_url” shows “Get Online Care”

Supported attributes will have a “✓” and non-supported attributes will have an “X”.

Please keep your attributes up to date. Only use attributes that accurately represent the services/features offered by a business.

Note: Attributes will not appear for businesses that have been marked as temporarily closed.

Alert Management System (Voice of the Customer)

Now, instead of receiving the alerts by way of email, your Store Managers, District Managers, Regional Managers, and Senior Stakeholders can simply log in to our new AMS, Alert Management System to view, respond, forward, and track all alerts from the time they are received to the time they are resolved.

District Managers can track all their stores, Regional Managers can track all their districts and Senior Stakeholder can track the entire company.
