Your colleague will get an email with a copy of your team's feedback and a personalized message so you can work toward a resolution together. All anonymous feedback will remain anonymous.

Admins can give Team managers the power to add or remove team members from their direct teams. When you enable these permissions, teams can be updated the right way. If there is a team change, each manager can make the changes in-app and help keep engagement data accurate!
