Exciting changes are coming to our Pulse Survey questions. We’ve reviewed existing questions and added new ones to make it easy for managers to act, while providing HR with valuable insights.
What changes can you expect?
- We’ve added ways to better discuss performance, like questions on goals, expectations, and accountability.
- We’ve added questions topics such as psychological safety, diversity & inclusion, fairness & equity, and social impact.
- Two Sub-metrics have been renamed: Compensation is now Fairness and Workplace is now Work Environment.
- Existing questions have also been adapted to better reflect distributed and remote work realities.
