It would be great if admins could have the ability to "lock tags" so that they could create the set of tags and or be the "go to" to set up new tags as opposed to the people being able to create tags as they go. This would ensure no duplicates and minimal spelling errors on tag and force people to use existing tags unless otherwise necessary - where they'd have to go through the appropriate channels to have new tags approved.
