For example, my gal Domenica Knighton goes by Nikki. It would great to add that to Recruiteflow so I can remember her preferred name and use that in my email to her
Often people are known by a different or shortened name. It was be really useful to add this 'Known As' or 'Preferred Name' field into the profile next to First Name. Emails & correspondence could then addresses to a preferred name.

This could also be used for writing the phonetic pronunciation of candidates names so that consultants can make sure they're saying candidate names correctly when speaking to them.

'Add 'Known As' or 'Preferred Name' next to First Name on profile for candidates/contacts' has been merged into this idea
