I would like to propose an idea that when we open the Job interface similar to the Candidate Profile, the Job interface should have a button that allows you to directly add a Candidate to that job in the same view. So rather than then searching for the candidate and adding them to the job. You can within that job search the Candidate database and add anyone at any stage. This would be super helpful for accounts that have so many similar jobs/titles with the same company and will save time going back and forth between tabs and browsers
