Add {Dayofweek} to fields in campaigns/sequences

Other CRMs/ATS's I've used in the past that had campaign features (Gem for example) had a variable field for day of the week! I found that the response rates for emails that started with "Hi NAME, Happy DAY OF THE WEEK" were higher than those without it. It subconsciously makes it feel like NOT a canned email.
