Please can you add new merge fields for emails we send out to anyone outside our organisation? What we need is some things to make email signoffs more natural. For example at the moment you only have JobRecruiter Name. However, it would be more natural to have: "Sender First name" - so that emails can be delegated to a non-recruiter and be sent on behalf of a Recruiter on a job. also... "Job Recruiter First Name" - you currently have "Job Recruiter Name" available but nobody signs off FirstName Last Name, when their name is in their email signature! It is far more natural for someone to sign off with their first name, rather than both first and last. :-)
