currently, once a campaign is complete (i.e. all messages have been sent based upon original steps entered), you cannot add additional steps. Instead, you have to clone or duplicate the campaign and start a new one. Would like to be able to go into a completed campaign, add steps and restart the campaign after it is complete so that it sends as a follow up to the last message sent.
