Admin-Only Visibility on Note Edits – For When Integrity Matters

I wanted to flag something that’s caused a real issue in my team and it’s something I imagine a lot of growing agencies face.
We had a situation where two consultants both said they spoke to the same candidate first. One logged a note, but when we looked at the call logs, the timing didn’t add up. The system lets users set or adjust the time manually when they log a call but there’s no way for managers to see when that note was actually written or changed.
It sounds small but it led to real tension. One person stood by their story, accused the other of lying, and things got personal. We had no audit trail in Recruiterflow to help resolve it fairly. It turned into a trust issue. And that’s the part that stung.
This is the kind of stuff that chips away at culture if left unchecked.
In high-performance, commission-led environments, honesty matters. When someone can backdate activity or change a note with no visibility, it puts managers in an impossible position and
