One feature I would highly recommend is candidate validation.
Due to the high volume of scammers and imposter using AI to generate perfect resumes recruiters seem to buried under a mountain of fake profiles. I posted a poll on LinkedIn recently and many voted 80% fake. Checking other sources beyond the resume like LinkedIn and social media really slows down the applicant filtering process.
Maybe an AI agent could do this work automatically for each applicant and generate a score.
Review Resume and ask:
1. Was this written by AI?
2. Are there other resumes advertising skillsets using the same email or phone number?
3. How old is the email address?
4. Is this a real cell phone number or burner phone number on Google voice?
5. Does the resume advertise a city, state location or vaguely say United States? Or unlisted?
Review LinkedIn and ask
1. How old is the account?
2. How many connections?
3. Do the connections validate the job history - are they from past employers?
4. Any activity beyond creating a profile?
5. Does the LinkedIn job history match the resume?
6. Do they have a professional photo?
7. Is their face clearly visible or is it from a distance or hidden with shadow?
8. Does the location match the resume?
Review social media and ask:
1. Does this person exist elsewhere?
2. Do the profile photos match the same person on LinkedIn?
3. Do they appear to have the same profession?
4. Are they located in the same place?
