o Recruiters often add people to Jobs based on knowledge of the candidate. Also, there will be times we add candidates to a Job when parsing them in via Extension. It’d be incredibly helpful to be able to run Matchmaker and to continue to see the scores and details while on the pipeline o Further, Job details often change as we learn more of what the client really wants. With that, it’d be helpful to be able to re-run Matchmaker and have it include candidates already added to the Job o It’d also make sense and be very helpful for Matchmaker to include info in standard fields, custom fields when doing it’s analysis and score. Possibly Notes and info typed on activities too.
