The issue is that the default settings don't allow for an option where AIRA note taker is automatically off and then you toggle it on for the meetings you select. So if I set up a meeting for a client to meet a candidate tomorrow, AIRA note taker will join that, unless I remember to turn it off. Whereas in Otter.AI there is a setting to only join meetings I select it to, therefore meaning I’m not having to remember to turn it off for client x candidate calls I set up and don’t join. So in summary I think another option needs adding to AIRA note taker, to replicate the one in Otter - to only join meetings I manually select. Thanks Greg
