AIRA Notetaker upcoming meetings Team view

IT would be nice if the admin team was able to see everyones upcoming meetings on AIRA Notetaker to ensure meetings are being recorded correctly. Even if this feature was only offered to the admin team I would really love to see it implemented. Also if we could change the name of the notetaker in the meeting so when it joins it says "Company Name's Notetaker has joined the meeting"
