Ad Business Development (BD) Campaign Automation Trigger source: When a new deal is created (e.g. “sourced from ad” or another defined tag/source). What AIRA should do: Auto-generate a BD email sequence (intro + 2–3 smart follow-ups) tailored to that deal type. Pull context from: job ad, industry, role function, and your standard BD tone. Personalize per contact (e.g. name, company, industry trends). Auto-enroll the decision makers linked to that deal into the campaign. Example Flow: Day 0 → Intro email (“We’re supporting X roles in Y space, noticed you’re hiring/growing…”) Day 3 → Follow-up with case study or success story. Day 7 → Nudge with value proposition (“happy to share market intel / shortlist example”). Stop when they reply / book call.
