Recruiterflow Ideas

Hi team, I’m currently using Aircall with the AI Assistant enabled, which already provides call transcripts. In Recruiterflow, I can only see the call recordings, but not the transcripts. In Bullhorn, both are available — recording and automatic transcript — which is much more useful for reviewing calls. I would like to have the same setup in Recruiterflow: Call Transcripts Please make Aircall AI transcripts visible inside Recruiterflow (similar to how recordings are shown). Right now, the transcript exists in Aircall but is not accessible in Recruiterflow. Caller Identification (Incoming Calls) In Bullhorn, incoming calls are automatically matched to existing candidates/contacts, and the record is shown instantly. In Recruiterflow, this does not work reliably. Please enable real-time caller identification so that: incoming calls are automatically matched to existing records the correct candidate/contact is immediately displayed These two features are critical for daily call wor
