Currently a job can't be opened in its own tab or window. Every job loads on the same jobs page, so to view a single pipeline I have to scroll, search, or apply filters just to reach the one job I want. Search isn't a reliable workaround because it returns every match rather than one specific job. If I have three jobs with the same title, all three show up together, and searching by company name pulls up every job tied to that company. Loading all jobs on one page also makes the interface slow, since jobs and their candidates load in one by one. Please add the ability to open each job on its own dedicated page.
