I have found on several instances that I have 2 candidates on 1 profile because they share 1 contact number. I understand the system identifies this as duplicate profiles, but these candidates need to be kept separately as they have different skillsets. It is especially difficult for the client when two candidates share one profile as the resume visibility need to be changes. It would be greatly beneficial to have an option to split profiles sharing the same phone number or some toggle/acknowledgement bypass or permission to allow me to create a second profile using the same contact number.
