Allow us to expand the Job Kanban view vertically

Can you please introduce the ability to maximise the job Kanban view, so that we are looking at just one job?
We are a search business and source LOTS of candidates and we also get LOTS of applications. Therefore columns 1 and 2 for Sourced and Applied will get very big.
They are unworkable in such a small window - the Kanban view is great, but we really need more space!

Agree with this 100%. Although the comment was made in relation to search businesses - the applied column can also get very large if you point applicants on Linkedin to a RF job page to apply. The Applied column will also become very long!
