Current limitation: At the moment, candidates can only be added to a job by first searching for them and then assigning the job from the candidate profile or search view. Suggested improvement: It would be much more practical if we could also add candidates directly from within the job view—for example, via an “Add Candidate” button when working on a specific job. This would streamline the workflow and save time, especially when reviewing multiple roles or working within a team.
