As a team leader it's hard to assign to every one of my team members the same task. I assign them individually because I'd like to have ''Task completed'' on each of of them, allowing me to track the progress and performance of my team memebers. However, if there is 10 of my team members and I need to assign 10 of them a task, if either one of them clicks ''Done'', all of the other members have that task marked as done, which is definitely not the case all the time.
